[ccnso-council] NTIA opens public comment period on provisions of IANA contract

Dear all, The current IANA functions contract will expire on September 30, 2011. The US Department of Commerce/NTIA is therefore now asking the public for comments on whether the provisions of the IANA contract need to be changed: http://edocket.access.gpo.gov/2011/2011-4240.htm Comments are due on or before March 31, 2011.
