Review Guideline: ccNSO Statement of Interest procedure and Conflict of Interest Procedure: Closing date Friday 28 October This is a new guideline. After your review and comments, if any the GRC will update the document and circulate it to the members for comments. 3. Review NomCom ccNSO Criteria for Ineligibility. This reflects the ccNSO statement in a less legalistic manner: Deadline 25 October 2022. 4. Guideline: Board Seat 11 and 12 Nomination Procedure (REDLINE and CLEAN version). Deadline 2 November 2022. This is an existing guideline. The changes are necessary to align with the amendments of Article 10 of the Bylaws and the updated Rules of the ccNSO. In addition, some editorial clarifications are included. For your reference we have included a REDLINE and CLEAN version. After your review the GRC will update the document if necessary and circulate to members to seek their input. 5. Guideline: ccNSO Council Elections Procedure October 2022. Deadline 2 November 2022. This is an existing guideline. The changes are necessary to align with the amendments of Article 10 of the Bylaws and the updated Rules of the ccNSO. For your reference we have included a REDLINE and CLEAN version. After your review the GRC will update the document if necessary and circulate to members to seek their input.
