The intention is that one Councillor from every ICANN Region will be on that committee and one (1) of the NomCom appointed Councillors, will take a seat on the Oversight Committee As also indicated Demi, will be part ex-officio (so the LAC region will not have to put a name forward). The role of the committee is to assist and guide the Issue manager in preparing the Issue Report.
