Dear Councilors, This is to remind you of two very important Council calls coming up. 12:00 UTC Council Telephone Conference 10 December 2015 And 12:00 UTC Special Council Call 23 December 2015 Please let us know in advance if you are unable to attend, so we can note your apologies.
