Jordan, The overall control element with regards to SO/AC Board election/selections is that the election/selection must be concluded, the results forwarded to the Empowered Community Administration and the ICANN Corporate Secretary, with the ECA certifying the election/selection results to the ICANN Corporate Secretary no later than six months before the ICANN AGM. This is in the Bylaws, and clears the deck for the NomCom to make their Board nominations.
