Dear Councillors The format of the Q&A with the ccNSO Board Members session will be as follows: 1. Housekeeping 2. Opening and welcome Biyi, Byron, and Patricio 3. Any questions / points the Board wants to raise with ccNSO - More formal part of the session: If the Board has any question for the ccNSO/ or update it needs to share with the ccNSO this is a dedicated part of the session, before going into the Q&A with the audience. 4. Informal dialogue with ccTLD related Board members - Informal part will start with display of the following statements, and throughout the session the audience will be reminded of: - This dialogue with the ccTLD-related Board members is informal in nature - Board members will speak in their personal capacity, and their remarks do not represent an official Board position - This dialogue does not provide access to privileged Board information - The intention is to use Mentimeter (again) to capture questions from the audience. Like always, if you think you are not able to reply to any of the questions, please let Biyi know, so he can inform the audience. Of course you can inform the audience directly as well. 5. Wrap-up session chair For the third point we have received the following questions: 1. The ICANN Five Year FY26-30 Strategic plan highlights priorities that support ICANN’s vision for 2030. - The annual strategy review program is launching at ICANN85. This program provides a structured way to assess whether updates to the FY26-30 Strategic Plan are needed, to reflect changes in the external environment and ICANN’s internal capability. - From your perspective, what is the top emerging trend that may impact ICANN that you think the Board should consider? 2. How is your group participating in the Review of Reviews Cross Community Group and what are your thoughts on how the proposals to date are evolving reviews to be more fit for purpose and sustainable? In particular, would you share your views on the respective roles of self-assessment (as in the Continuous Improvement Program) and contemplated assessment of SOs and ACs by the broader community in the context of a Reviews program? I suggest we reply to these questions the following way: 1. We can share a summary of today's "ccNSO: Annual Strategy Review Discussion", which includes a Trends Exercise. (Jordan) 2. Review of Reviews: We are following the outputs and we'll have a session after the Q&A with the Board Members. (Me) - Continuous Improvement Program: We can share the current state of the development of Criteria and Indicators for each of the 5 Principles that the GRC has been working on.
