Update as follows: 1. ICANN Board has approved the changes to the GNSO Registry Stakeholder Group (RySG) Charter, namely expanding the activities of its internal Observers Group, simplifying the process for assessment of annual dues and adding the immediate past Chair of the RySG to its Executive Committee.
2. The GNSO Council has set up an Actions list (https://community.icann.org/display/gnsocouncilmeetings/Action+Items) to record current activity and commitments by GNSO Councillors and ICANN Staff.
As it is Lunar New Year holidays in Singapore, I will be visiting friends and relatives the whole day (and week) as per tradition. Please send my apologies to the Council if I am not able to make the call this evening. Thank you!
