Nigel, There is a mechanism to this and described in Guideline WG. As you may recall we used it to appoint members on CCWG Accountability and CSC. We realize it is a limited number, but we needed to forward them to you. Further we received some queries on membership not included. In the end these interested persons indicated they would prefer to become participant or observer of the CCWG. The call for participation ( not as member) will be forwarded shortly. But in order to ensure fairness of such discussions, we need to be able to email the members of the council lists occasionally excluding candidates for office, or for other reasons of conflict-of-interest. Is there already an easy mechanism for this, or is it something worth investigating for the future. Nigel PS: My view - which we can discuss on the call -- is that if we entitled to appoint 5 members, perhaps we should ask for more time and additional volunteers.
