On 8 May 2023, the ccNSO as one the Decisional Participants received a notice from the ICANN Secretary pursuant to Section 22.5(a)(v) of the ICANN Bylaws, which initiated the 21 days Rejection Action Petition Period for the community. The deadline for submission of a Rejection Action Petition(s) to the ccNSO role account (ccnso-petions@icann.org<mailto:ccnso-petions@icann.org>) is 29 May 2023 at 23:59 UTC. If you are interested in submitting a Rejection Action Petition with respect to the adopted FY24 Operating Plan and Budget, please consult Section 2 of Annex D for the requirements, which must be met (https://www.icann.org/resources/pages/governance/bylaws-en/#annexD ).
