Hello All, During the WCIT meeting in Dubai I had the opportunity to speak to Olivier Crepin-Leblond, Chair of the ALAC. I raised the issues we discussed at the last Council call and inquired into some of the R3 paper's questionable suggestions. Olivier agreed with our concern's, made note of the fact the paper was authored by a group and was not meant to be the position of the ALAC, but was rather to be a general paper to stimulate discussion and feedback. He himself did not appear supportive of the comments made regarding ccTLD operators, and he strongly encouraged our community to participate and provide feedback on these issues and any others we see fit.
