[ccnso-council] Additional Background material 18 January meeting

Dear all, Please find additional background material for the upcoming Council meeting: Documents provided by ICANN MSSI on item 7, ccNSO review The initial internal assessment with respect to the implementation of the recommendations from the first review will be circulated Monday at its earliest. The GRC will discuss it at its upcoming meeting. The GRC will also review its initial draft of the ccNSO Council Statement on the Operating Standards for Specific Reviews, before sending it to Council.
