According to the ATRT procedure for appointment, the ccNSO Council is requested to endorse candidate(s) and provide their names by 28 January 2013, end of business day ( see: http://www.icann.org/en/news/announcements/announcement-03dec12-en.htm) In order to meet the deadline it is proposed that all candidates are endorsed as candidates from the ccNSO effective 25 January 2013, noon UTC. Next steps: Again according to the ATRT 2 appointment procedure, the Review Team will be selected from the pool of volunteers by the chair of ICANN Board and the chair of the GAC, which should be completed by 15 February 2013.
