My only concern is that this funding may be used also to support non-councillors whose presence at the meeting could be important for the policies being discussed, and so far they have had no way of knowing that this funding is available. Perhaps we could ask councillors to consider if there are other people in their regions, who cannot afford to go to Cairo and that because of the work they are doing for the ccNSO (in working groups, for instance) might deserve to be supported. The unused funding will be carried over to the next meeting. In the meantime, the council is to define a policy on who to fund for the coming meetings.
Please, could you confirm by tomorrow, 2nd September that the funding of Paulos is OK with you.
