[ccnso-council] Special Council call discuss decision making process CCWg Proposal

Dear all, Per discussion at the Council workshop, the suggested time for the special Council call is 6 November 2015, noon UTC. Closer to the meeting the secretariat will send out the dial details. Please also find included the latest schedule for submission of the CCWG Final Proposal to the chartering organisations, which includes the ccNSO. According to this schedule the ccNSO is anticipated to take a decision in the November 15- 21 December timeframe. Kind regards, Bart
