I've also asked if a this could be meaningful and of influence on the budget 2009, as I understand it, the window is closing, but every discussion is helpful to improve it. It is also clear that the session on Tuesday morning with Peter DT and Paul Twomey cn be used for the purpose and Kevin will be there anyway.
