They all agreed to my publicizing their candidacies: · Elaine Pruis, Donuts · Kal Feher, Neustar · Richard Roberto, Charleston Road Registry (dba Google Registry) · George Soler, United TLD Holdco Ltd. trading as Rightside Registry Also attached is a PDF of the evaluation tool that the RySG ExCom is using to identify our recommended 2 finalists + 2 alternates. An interactive version is available at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/THVR95D. You’ll note that we stripped out the “free form” text boxes in the version available to the full membership. This is speed up the ExCom’s review of member input into the recommendation process. If anybody has subjective inputs, please share them on the list or send them directly to me and I’ll share with the ExCom. The evaluation tool is pretty comprehensive and synchs with the selection criteria that came out of the CWG, so this shouldn’t be an issue. Remember, we’re on a tight timeline. Any member that wants to share their input must do so by 2359 UTC on 10 July. The RySG ExCom will meet on 11 or 12 July to compare our assessments and determine our recommendations. We’ll post those on the full list ASAP and have a discussion on the next biweekly call (13 July @ 1500 UTC). We’ll then open a 48 hour poll on the recommendations. The RySG needs to identify its selections by 15 July. They are: * Elaine Pruis, Donuts * Kal Feher, Neustar * Richard Roberto, Charleston Road Registry (dba Google Registry) * George Soler, United TLD Holdco Ltd. trading as Rightside Registry I have attached the documents submitted by each candidate; those being, the EOI along with a resume/CV. I have completed the template to be used by each evaluator for each RySG CSC candidate which has been approved by Donna. I have attached a PDF of the template and it is also set up on SurveyMonkey (link is https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/RyCSCEVAL). Donna indicated you will forward the COI and accompanying resume/CV on each candidate to the RySG Executive Committee.
