Dear all, The ccNSO Council has commented on the Proposal to Transition the Stewardship of the Internet Assigned Numbers Authority (IANA) Functions, in particular on section 1027, the current status of the Framework of Interpretation (FOI), and section 1036, References to documentation of policy development and dispute resolution processes. With regard to the FOI, the ICG is recommended to update the text to reflect the current state of affairs ( the FOI was adopted buy the ICANN Board of directors in June 2015). With respect to the references to documentation etc.section, the ICG is recommended to remove the reference to ICP-1 from section 1036.
