Dear all, It was pointed out that the suggested travel funding document, which I posted a few days ago, was a little ambiguous when describing the NomCom appointees travel funding. Following line:"The ccNSO can fund 12 persons in total, of which three must be the NomCom representatives to the ccNSO Council." Was therefore changed to "The ccNSO can fund 12 persons in total per meeting, of which three must be the three NomCom representatives to the ccNSO Council - i.e. the NomCom representatives will always receive funding for all ICANN meetings." The updated paper is attached. The fund is primarily aimed at sponsoring the ccNSO Councillors; however, the Council is also entitled to use some of the funding for other ccNSO participants. The ccNSO Council was requested to create a travel fund process to define how the funding shall be used. The suggested process is attached. It will be discussed during the Processes Working Group session on Tuesday and will be up for voting during the Council meeting on Wednesday. Kind regards, Gabi
