[ccnso-council] Members, participant and alternate selection GNSO PDP 1 DNS Abuse

Dear all, As you will recall you decided to participate as ccNSO in the GNSO PDP1 DNS Abuse. You also asked the DASC leadership to select the members, participants and alternate. Following a call for volunteers to the community and DASC membership 10 people applied.
