Dear All. The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) announced the FY21-25 Operating and Financial Plan and the FY21 Budget will take effect on 1 July 2020. ICANN's Empowered Community did not raise a petition to reject any of the approval decisions. The Empowered Community is the mechanism through which ICANN's Supporting Organizations (SOs) and Advisory Committees (ACs) can organize under California law to legally enforce community powers. Community participation and engagement in ICANN's planning process is a cornerstone of transparency and accountability to the public.
