Dear Katrina and all, I support option 2 because that way we can dedicate more time to discuss the issues at hand. Dear Colleagues,
You decision is needed!
Our next call is scheduled on 15 November, 11:00 UTC.
I had a feeling that something was wrong but, unfortunately, ignored it. As you know, IGF takes place from 12 till 14 November in Paris, and 15 November might be the day those of us who attend the event (myself included) are travelling back home. To make sure that we are quorate, we need to do something with the timing of the call. I propose three options:
Option 1: we change the time of the call on 15 November from 11:00 UTC to 17:00 UTC and, to ensure that we alternate the times, we change the time of the call on 13 December from 17:00 UTC to 11:00 UTC. This might not be the best option as some of us still may be travelling.
Option 2: we move the call one week later, i.e. 22 November, 11:00 UTC. It would mean that we have only three weeks between our November and December calls.
Option 3: we combine November and December calls and have only one call, let’s say, on 6 December, 11:00 UTC. It would mean that till the end of the year we will have only one call. I do not foresee any urgent issues that would require our immediate attention but those urgent things tend to pop up unexpectedly. Should such a need occur, we can always arrange an emergency call or discuss any issues on the mailing list.
Any other options?
May I ask you to vote for your preferred option by 11 November?
Thank you very much and apologies for not spotting that earlier!
Kind regards,
]{atrina
