I believe that Jordan has summed it up; Becky and Patricio seemed OK with the explanations/clarifications offered, and my “gut” read is that ICANN legal is going to be on board with the Review Mechanism Policy at the end of the day.

Hi all
We had the call with Becky and Patricio and icann legal this morning.
Very short summary: helped clarify the remaining issues and I don't think we will need another call let alone an exchange of letters.
Becky clearly 'gets it' in respect of the intent, and the lawyers seemed to too.
