1. The GNSO is forming a working group to look at the issues pertaining to "Policy Vs Implementation". Other SO/ACs will be invited to join if there is keen interest.
2. Pertaining to the "Report on User Experience Implications of Active Variant TLDs", a draft letter is being prepared to the ICANN Board on operational transparency, registrant protection and security as well as collating data and experiences learned in preparation for any AGB revision.
3. There is strong motivation to initiate a PDP on the "Translation and Transliteration of Contact Information". The Intellectual Property Constituency (IPC) has requested a delay to allow discussion among IPC members.
