[ccnso-council] PDP WG on Retirement Letter to Council

Greetings, Attached please find a letter from me on behalf of the PDP Working Group on Retirement of ccTLDs expressing our collective concern about defective language in Section 10.4(a) of the current Bylaws. As you will recall, I mentioned this issue at our face to face meeting in Barcelona, and again on a subsequent teleconference, I presume we will have some discussion of this matter on our upcoming teleconference, as there is an agenda item for the PDP WG.
