mmm... I don't see the interest of that one:
to commit to complying with future IDNA protocol updates.
IDN is about introducing ASCII caracters in the DNS with a special format that will be understood by applications as non ASCII. I don't see what could do a new registry that could cause any stability problem so I don't see a need "to commit" on anything. Even less do I see a need for the ccnso to ask for candidates "to commit" on that.
