[ccnso-council] Press releases regarding signing of root

Dear all, ICANN and the US National Institute of Standards and Techology (NIST) have posted following press releases regarding the signing of the root: http://www.icann.org/en/announcements/announcement-2-03jun09-en.htm http://www.nist.gov/public_affairs/releases/dnssec_060309.html The US Government decided that VeriSign should sign the root, whilst ICANN should have some supervisory role over the key signing keys.
