Call for newcomers Help Support Newcomers at the ccNSO Meeting in Prague As you may have noted, the ccNSO has launched a mentoring program to support newcomers and help them navigate ccNSO meetings more easily. A key part of this initiative is pairing newcomers with experienced community members—our "ccNSO buddies"—who can help lower the threshold for participation and enhance engagement during meetings. As a follow-up to our recent call for ccNSO buddies, we are now reaching out to you to ask for your support in identifying newcomers from your organization who will be attending the ICANN 84 meeting in Dublin: * For the First-time or second-time attendees, or * Individuals returning to ccNSO meetings after an extended absence If someone from your organization meets this description, we kindly ask you to: 1. Attend the Newcomers webinar<https://icann.zoom.us/meeting/register/ofigNS9RRbO0BWWUTMgp_A>, 7 October 2025| noon UTC 2. Inform them about the newcomer assistance program, and 3. Encourage them to contact us directly at Claudia.Ruiz@icann.org<mailto:Claudia.Ruiz@icann.org> – or let us know on their behalf. Our goal is to match newcomers with ccNSO buddies before the Dublin meeting to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience from day one. For more details, please see the ccNSO call for buddies [ccnso.icann.org]<https://urldefense.com/v3/__https:/ccnso.icann.org/en/announcements/announce...>. Thank you for helping us foster a more inclusive and supportive ccNSO community!
