[ccnso-council] CORRECTION regarding my stated views regarding the proposall to have the Board make an "interpretation" regarding the Bylaw IRFT Bylaw problem

My comment regarding this should have read: Being a rather strict Being a rather strict constructionalist when it comes to the Bylaws, I cannot concur with Katrina’s suggestion regarding having the Board “interpret” the relevant Bylaw. To me, that’s a very slippery slope. Best regards, /Stephen
