[ccnso-council] Rejection Action guideline

Dear Colleagues, Here come the long awaited guideline on Rejection Actions. We still miss one appendix but it is coming! Please have a look and submit your comments/questions/suggestions by the end of this week. The current plan is to submit the document to the ccNSO members for a two-weeks public comments period next week. On Wednesday we would like to inform the community about two webinars on 28 February and 2 March during which we (mainly Stephen) will walk them through the complexities of the process.
