Dear all, In order to allow Mathieu to joint the full duration of the call the suggested time for the special Council call is 6 November 2015, is changed from noon to 12.30 UTC. Maximum duration is 1 hour. Closer to the meeting the secretariat will send out the dial details. Kind regards, Bart
