Dear all, ICANN has published its draft Fiscal Year 2010 Operating Plan and Budget: http://icann.org/en/announcements/announcement-17may09-en.htm The budget is expected to be adopted by the ICANN Board meeting in Sydney end of June, however, the community is still encouraged to comment.
