Would there be interest in a community session about that, organised around the question "should Icann set some priorities for its work - and if so how?" Some discussion from SO/AC, staff, board could be quite illuminating. Maybe there is no problem. I can't help feeling that we could be more effective if we did make some priorities and not try to do everything at once. What do you think? Also, support Peter's idea.
