[ccnso-council] Version 3.0 IDN Implementation Guidelines

Dear all, ICANN is providing notice of implementation for version 3.0 of the Guidelines for Implementation of Internationalised Domain Names: http://www.icann.org/en/announcements/announcement-3-22nov11-en.htm The IDN Guidelines are a list of general standards that all top-level domain registries deploying IDNs are required to follow based on the Internationalised Domain Names for Applications (IDNA) protocol standard from the IETF. Registries offering IDN registrations should begin transitioning to version 3.0 of the IDN Guidelines. Kind regards, Gabi
