Hi all In addition to the comment around 4.3 we discussed on the call, I would also like to see a bit more clarification around one bit of section 6 - removal of ccNSO appointed members. It refers to some examples of when the member might be removed or replaced and includes “non-attendance”. I’m aware that these are guidelines and so not intended to be detailed but an argument could be made that if a member misses one meeting that is non-attendance and they could be removed. Could we look at having something like ‘regular non-attendance’ or missed X number of consecutive meetings. Given the geographic spread that the members are likely to have, and the difficulty to find times for meetings/calls that suit everyone, it is likely that there will be instances of non-attendance and consideration needs to be given to that.
