as the third bullet point in "Community Support" section. The first and second bullet points argue about the necessity of the support or demonstration of such support. The proposed bullet point intends to argue about the way how to demonstrate.
[Chris Disspain] The text in italics is directly from the staff paper and is what we are commenting on so I can't add an extra bullet point. BUT if you want to include smoothing in our comment below the italics, that would be fine. Let me know.
I'd like to see the following paragraph inserted just under the "ccNSO Council comment:" line of "Community support" section.
In addition to those two points in the staff paper, some claim the need to know more clearly the way how they can demonstrate the community support, while they agree to the necessity of such demonstration.
