[ccnso-council] Request for Information letter to Governments published

Dear all, As you may have noted, Paul Twomey has send a letter to you to seek information whether there is interest in your territory for IDN ccTLDs, and if so, what the IDN cc Top Level Domain Name is likely to be and associated questions. This RFI was recommended by the IDNC Working Group. A similar letter has been send to the relevant public authorities in your territory, again as suggested by the IDNC WG.
