Undoubtedly, it is much better now; however, while the last paragraph of the letter is much elegant and does not read as an order it does not address ALAC's intention to conduct a similar session at ICANN72 (Check the recording at approximately 01:20h). 1. An erratum (public rectification) is needed to ensure the record reflects that a ccTLD was wrongfully accused (.cx) and that the issues with .cc were corrected several years ago 2. If and when ALAC decides to conduct another session that involves the ccNSO or ccTLDs in ICANN72 or beyond they need to provide us with sufficient time to prepare; furthermore, they are warned to stick to the agreed presentations and refrain from misusing them to grandstand or complain especially about the wrong ccTLDs.
