Dear Katrina,
1.- I agree with the draft.
+1
2.- Well, I think is a good idea to recive or ask for orientation about the issue from John Jeffrey
Do you mean get legal advice? I'm not sure that it needs to be escalated that much?
3.- If we send a letter to Ms Moll, what is the objetive of the letter? She resignes?
Firstly, it's only courteous, since we are making a serious point to the NomCom, and while this doesn't /actually/ relate to her own qualities, etc at, it does relate to the selection by NomCom of her as proposed appointee. Secondly, if she steps down, that is as we say in England "a matter for her". Personally, I think it's a difficult situation to be in . . . But whether that happens or not, we really can't let NomCom off the hook . . .

Dear Councillors,
As agreed at the last Council call, I am attaching a draft for the letter to be sent to the NomCom and ICANN Board.
* Please have a look at the draft and let me know your views, suggestions, edits, etc. * There was a proposal to inform also ICANN Legal Council John Jeffrey. Do you support the proposal? (why yes or no?) * In the letter it it is mentioned that we are going to write a separate letter to Ms Moll to share our concerns and ask for her opinion on the conflict. This letter still needs to be drafted (if we agree that we should send one).
Kind regards,
]{atrina
