The initial comment period for this solicitation ends on Friday, 30 September 2011. As an initial test of the ³Reply Cycle² concept that we provided feedback on during Focus Group activity and that is introduced to the wider Community within this solicitation, the comment forum on this topic will be extended for an additional 15 days (15 October).
