[ccnso-council] ccNSO's appointment to the NomCom

Dear all, As we received several applications to the position of the NomCom representative, the Council had to elect one of the candidates. Juhani Juselius (.fi) received most votes and has therefore been appointed as the ccNSO representative to the NomCom.
