[ccnso-council] NGPC resolutions on GAC Safeguard Advice

Dear all, The ICANN Board New gTLD Program Committee (NGPC) has adopted two resolutions concerning portions of the GAC's Safeguard Advice. It also adopted a resolution regarding the GAC's advice on singular and plural versions of the same string.
