Dear all, I believe that the status can be confirmed The only minor question that I have: some comments seen to be outdated, i.e. #3 “Afterwards, the procedures will be up for adoption by the ccNSO Council (expected at or around the 17 February 2021 Council meeting)” – I guess that has happened? However it is probably not that important and we should not spend time on updating the table. In summary it states: Of the 14 recommendations issued by the Independent Examiner, the ccNSO proposes: * No further action required (either implemented or about to be fully implemented): * 11 recommendations - numbers 1, 2 (a,b), 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 12, 13 * Action required by ICANN org: 2 recommendations, numbers 8 ( translation) and 11 (update website) * Deferred/pertains to a future Review: 1 recommendation, number 14 ( granting access to email lists to next Independent reviewer) As stated in the letter, after the ccNSO Council has confirmed the status the overview will be forwarded to the Board Organizational Effectiveness Committee for their consideration. To make sure the ICANN Board is considering up-to-date information, the OEC has asked for ICANN org to compare the latest status of recommendations provided in the letter from Katrina Sataki <https://www.icann.org/en/system/files/correspondence/sataki-to-doria-26feb21...> (the Chair of the ccNSO at that time) on 26 February with the one in the Feasibility and Implementation Plan <https://www.icann.org/en/system/files/files/ccnso-review-faiip-07jul20-en.pd...> . ICANN org compiled the input from both documents into a single new document, which includes a table of recommendations and ccNSO actions. Please see the attached document. We hope this format will make it easier for the ccNSO to confirm whether the compiled information reflects the ccNSO assessment of the progress made and the remaining implementation work. If the ccNSO agrees with the compilation of this new document, it will serve as the basis on which the OEC will consider the current status of the implementation work, considering that the Feasibility and Implementation Plan has been overtaken by events since its publication in July 2020, including substantial implementation work.
