Kia ora and hello everyone As part of ICANN 68 next week, we have a Q&A Session with ccNSO related members of the ICANN Board. This email is to ask you to share in advance any questions you might want asked. I have two questions I plan to ask to kick things off: 1. How do we make ICANN work well, when due to the COVID-19 remote only working, we cannot have the in-person corridor conversations that have been so crucial in the past? 2. What is the biggest surprise you have faced in your time on the ICANN Board so far, and whenever / whatever it was, what is your reflection on that surprise today?
