Working Group Focus Areas: * Analyze and review the current model supporting the financial contribution guideline. * Evaluate and assess the current banded contribution system. * Identify and propose solutions to reduce the gap between the total level of contributions and a reasonable contribution level, potentially using a value exchange or other suitable model. Timeline: * 22-29 November 2024: Council reviews and adopts the working group charter. * 2 December 2024: Call for volunteers begins. * 6 December 2024: Call for volunteers closes. * 12 December 2024: Council formally appoints volunteers. * 17 December 2024: Working group holds its first meeting Stay tuned for more details as the call for volunteers opens soon. The first review took place in November 2018, leading to improvements in the invoicing process. The second review kicked off at ICANN81, during the ccNSO Welcome Session held on Tuesday, 12 November.
