Dear all, As you will have noted Roelof in his capacity as chair of the SOP WG has send a letter to Steve Crocker and Fadi Chehade, the letter is included and can also be found on the ccNSO home page ( http://ccnso.icann.org/announcements/announcement-3-04nov13-en.htm) . The chair of the ccNSO Council proposes that the ccNSO Council endorses this letter of the SOP WG.
