According to Lesley's suggestion to only fund "those who would otherwise be unable to attend due to severe financial hardship", I can only identify one applicant for the Cairo meeting, which is Paulos Nyirenda.
The unused funding will be carried over to the next meeting. In the meantime, the council is to define a policy on who to fund for the coming meetings.
Please, could you confirm by tomorrow, 2nd September that the funding of Paulos is OK with you.
