Dear all, As follow-up from my email from 27 August, please find included the draft resolution on adoption of the timeline for the nomination of an individual to fill Board Seat 12, following the resignation of the Katrina Sataki as Board member. In addition and in accordance with relevant Guideline, the Board is requested to appoint Joke Braeken (ccNSO secretariat) as Nomination Process Manager.
