[ccnso-council] Telephone participation Council meeting Cairo

Dear Councillors, Only one person has so far indicated he will not be in Cairo, but wish to attend the council meeting per telephone (Oscar Robles). For technical reasons, it is very important that you let me know if you won't be there and if you wish to attend per telephone. I need to know by tomorrow. 17th October latest - after that date I cannot guarantee that we can extend the call bridge to further participants. The council meeting will take place on November 5th 2008 at 14.00 UTC (16.00 local time). Thanks, Gabi
