Dear all, Today 28 September, ICANN opened the public comment period on the second version of the Terms of Reference for the pilot Holistic Review: https://www.icann.org/en/public-comment/proceeding/pilot-holistic-review-rev... This public forum is open until 27 November 2023. In a separate email you’ll be asked whether you support to launch the Council Statement procedure to provide input.
