Hi AJ, Can this question/statement of rating be asked differently? From: Works with others to reach an outcome. As it reads now, it feels more broad than the questions around it. To: Effectively collaborates with other council members to achieve shared goals. (Or some such) Though if you do make the change, then I think the question order needs to change a bit. Currently, if I define a theme per question excluding 1, 2, 9, 10 I end up here: 3 preparedness, 4 participation, 5 critical thinking, 6 networking, 7 responsibility, 8 collaboration. I think the order should be: 3 5 7 8 6 4 To me, I think the flow would be better. The first three are more “personal,” and the last three are more “council interaction”. Back to the wrapping questions, 1 & 2 are definitely character questions on the personal side, while 9 and 10, in the end, make sense as subjective on the whole. Just my option! Me
